Job Description
Zycus is looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to join our IT Operations team. This internship provides hands-on experience in supporting a global enterprise IT environment. You will work closely with our support engineers to maintain endpoint health, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to internal automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (2026 graduate).
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS system settings and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn enterprise IT support practices and processes.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
- Proven hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for technical assistance.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Assist with application installation, updates, and uninstalls on Windows and macOS endpoints.
- Troubleshoot common OS, application, and connectivity issues for end-users.
- Support ticket triage and resolution tracking using ITSM tools.
- Assist with basic software packaging, deployment tasks, and testing.
- Help document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and troubleshooting guides.
- Support patch management and assist with testing internal automation workflows.
