Junior Accountant – Billing & Inventory

We are looking for a Junior Accountant – Billing & Inventory (preferably from Kochi) to handle daily billing, stock checking, and transport arrangements. This role combines basic office accounting with simple day-to-day operations. If you are hard-working and accurate, you will also get the chance to learn and grow into core accounting work.

• Software: Basic knowledge of Tally for billing and invoices.
• Accounting: Understanding of simple accounting entries and banking tasks.
• Stock & Logistics: Ability to count physical stock, match it with computer data, and arrange local transport.
• Field Work: Willingness to visit banks or our accountant's office when needed.
• Education: B.Com, BBA, or basic accounting background preferred.
• Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) with a valid driving license for local errands.

• Billing: Create daily bills and customer invoices in Tally.
• Stock Check: Count physical stock and match it with computer records to avoid errors.
• Transport: Talk to drivers and transport teams to send out goods on time.
• Bank & Office Visits: Complete basic bank work and deliver papers to our accountant.
• Accounting Growth: Take on main accounting work as you learn and perform well.
