Junior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will assist in quantity surveying activities for government infrastructure projects, including quantity take-offs, estimation, billing, and cost monitoring

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or civil construction.
• Freshers with good knowledge of quantity take-offs and estimation are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing, and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of QS software is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs from construction drawings.
• Support the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
• Assist in client and subcontractor billing processes.
• Monitor material quantities and project costs.
• Maintain project documentation and quantity records.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing variation statements and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and government contract requirements.
