Job Description
Xplor is on a mission to transform public transportation by digitizing bus operations with intelligent ticketing systems. We partner with private bus owners to provide smart ticketing machines that simplify revenue tracking, reduce pilferage, and enhance operational efficiency.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Lead Generation Executive who can actively gather contact details of private bus owners by visiting bus stands and key transport hubs. The goal is to generate quality leads for our ticketing machine sales team to follow up and close.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th or 12th grade pass; higher education preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in local language (Malayalam preferred).
- Willingness to work on the field and travel to different bus stands.
- Basic smartphone and Excel usage skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Visit local and regional bus stands daily to identify and engage with private bus owners.
- Collect accurate contact information (name, phone number, route details) of bus owners.
- Maintain a detailed log of leads collected each day using Excel or our internal tools.
- Briefly introduce Xplor’s ticketing machine service and its benefits to prospects.
- Report daily lead generation numbers to the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with the sales team for warm lead handovers and follow-ups.
