Job Summary:
The Lead - Marketing is responsible for planning and executing Above The Line (ATL), Below The Line (BTL), and Digital Marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role requires expertise in branding, advertising, digital marketing, event management, and market research while effectively managing budgets and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI.
ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing Activities
Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute TV, radio, print, and outdoor media advertisements.
Brand Awareness: Drive large-scale brand awareness campaigns through mass media.
Sponsorships & Endorsements: Collaborate with influencers, celebrities, and media partners.
Public Relations (PR): Build brand reputation through media engagement and press releases.
Events & Exhibitions: Organize and participate in trade shows, roadshows, and product launches.
Direct Marketing: Implement targeted campaigns through SMS, email, and WhatsApp marketing.
SEO & SEM: Optimize website for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns.
Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Performance Marketing: Plan PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and optimize for conversions.
Email & CRM Marketing: Implement marketing automation for customer engagement and retention.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (website traffic, engagement, leads) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials including brochures, videos, and presentations.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing campaigns that drive lead generation.
Provide marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials for sales support.
Develop customer engagement and retention programs.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals (designers, content creators, and digital marketers).
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to execute campaigns efficiently.
