VACANCY – MAINTENANCE & PROPERTY HELPER
Living Link For Real Estate WLL is looking for a young, hardworking male candidate to join our real estate and property management team in Bahrain.

AGE
Preferably 23–26 years
EXPERIENCE
6 months – 1 year in maintenance/property-related work
SALARY & BENEFITS
Total Monthly Package: BD 180
• Basic Salary: BD 100
• Food Allowance: BD 30
• Other Allowance: BD 10
• Accommodation: BD 50 – Company-provided accommodation
Living Link currently manages around 120 customers/properties, which may provide opportunities to earn additional income.
IMPORTANT:
The BD 50 accommodation component is provided in the form of company-provided accommodation. It is not payable in cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Food is not provided separately. The food allowance is included in the monthly package.
• 6 working days + 1 day off per week

VISA & TRAVEL
Visa fee and flight ticket expenses must be borne by the candidate. The company will not provide or reimburse these expenses.

Requirements
• Male candidates only
• Indian nationality – Kerala only
• Direct hiring from Kerala
• New employment visa will be provided
• Young, hardworking and responsible
• Malayalam/Hindi preferred
• Basic maintenance experience required
• Must be willing to perform cleaning, maintenance and general property-related duties
• Must be capable of working independently
• Must be willing to handle customer room showings when required
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and general property maintenance, including rooms and toilets
- Basic plumbing work
- Basic electrical work
- AC maintenance and basic repairs – experience is preferred, but willingness to learn is important
- Washing machine and refrigerator basic maintenance/assistance
- Daily property-related maintenance and support activities
- General office/helper duties when required
- Showing rooms to customers and assisting with customer enquiries when required
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Ability to work under pressure and handle different responsibilities
