5. *Ability to handle operations independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. *Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality or booking software.
7. *Willingness to travel between branches when required.

5. *Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
6. *Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.
7. *Plan and implement local marketing and promotional strategies to grow the customer base.
8. *Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest service at all touchpoints.
