Education Requirements
Degree, Diploma or equivalent in Civil, Mechanical, or related field
Responsibilities
- * Create detailed MEP drawings (electrical, plumbing, and tile layouts) using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- * Update and revise drawings as per project requirements and site conditions.
- * Keep all drawings and documents updated and ensure they follow local building codes.
- * Make sure all designs meet company and industry standards.
- * Have a good understanding of MEP systems used in residential projects.
- * Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
Required Skills
* Be skilled in AutoCAD and preferably Revit MEP and other drafting tools, Pay attention to details and have strong problem-solving skills.
