🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in MEP sales or related field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Electrical works, and MEP services
• Proven experience in outdoor sales and client acquisition
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid driving license in Qatar is an advantage
• Languages required: English & Hindi

🛠️ Duties & Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for HVAC, Electrical, and MEP projects
• Bring in maintenance contracts (AMC) and service agreements
• Identify potential clients and develop strong business relationships
• Conduct site visits and client meetings for project discussions
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with the technical team for project estimation and execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain records of sales activities and client communications
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations
