A reputed Contracting & Maintenance Company in Qatar is looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Supervisor to join our team.

📍 Job Location: Qatar

🔧 Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in MEP supervision
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
• Ability to manage site activities and supervise technicians for contracting & maintenance
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Languages required: English & Hindi

💰 Salary: QAR 2,000 – 3,500

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Certification or training in MEP (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) preferred

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in MEP supervision

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical works, and plumbing systems

Ability to read and understand technical drawings & MEP layouts

Experience in site supervision and team handling

Knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting

Good communication and coordination skills

Languages required: English & Hindi

Supervise and coordinate all MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) at site

Manage daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule

Monitor and guide technicians for proper installation and maintenance

Read and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, and specifications

Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety standards and company policies

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of ongoing work

Identify and troubleshoot issues in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution

Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities

Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials

Plan preventive maintenance schedules and respond to emergency breakdowns
