Multiple Roles - DigiLocker – Kenya Project

We are hiring for key technical roles for the DigiLocker-Kenya project, an international G2G digital transformation initiative. We are seeking experienced professionals to lead architecture and development efforts to build scalable, secure, and robust digital public infrastructure.

The positions are contractual with an initial tenure of 6 months, subject to project requirements. Candidates will be based in New Delhi and may be required to travel as part of the project mandate.

• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in CS, IT, ECE, or MCA.
• 4-12 years of core software development experience in large-scale enterprise or public sector systems.
• Proven expertise in modern web frameworks (React/Angular) and backend technologies (Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile development and secure coding practices.

• Architect and engineer scalable cloud-native microservices and digital public infrastructure modules.
• Design, develop, and integrate secure RESTful APIs with cross-product DPIs and third-party systems.
• Enforce rigorous DevSecOps practices, code quality standards, and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams including business analysts, security teams, and foreign government counterparts.
• Diagnose architectural bottlenecks, optimize system performance, and remediate vulnerabilities identified in security audits.
