Job Description
Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of all key departments, including HR, Sales, Marketing, Academics, and Operations. This role involves ensuring smooth workflow, implementing process improvements, managing cross-functional coordination, and driving overall organizational success. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in strategic planning, compliance, resource allocation, and enhancing productivity across departments.
Key Responsibilities:1. Cross-Departmental Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of HR, Sales, Marketing, Academics, and Operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows, improve coordination, and align goals.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational effectiveness across all departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
2. HR & Administrative Operations
Work closely with the HR department to optimize recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management processes.
Monitor employee productivity and address operational challenges related to workforce management.
Assist in policy development, compliance enforcement, and training programs.
Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and conflict resolution strategies.
3. Sales & Marketing Operations
Coordinate with the sales team to track performance metrics, improve lead conversion rates, and optimize sales processes.
Monitor CRM tools and ensure data accuracy for effective decision-making.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, monitor ROI, and optimize branding strategies.
Oversee the development of sales forecasts, performance reports, and customer retention strategies.
4. Academic & Training Operations
Work with the Academic Team to ensure structured curriculum delivery, content development, and faculty management.
Oversee student engagement programs, mentorship initiatives, and performance tracking.
Ensure quality control in academic materials, test series, and student evaluation methodologies.
Implement digital tools and learning management systems (LMS) for improved course delivery.
5. Process Improvement & Efficiency Optimization
Identify operational tasks and implement strategies for improved efficiency.
Develop and implement performance monitoring systems to track KPIs across departments.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
6. Compliance, Reporting & Strategic Planning
Ensure all departments comply with company policies and external regulations.
Generate and present operational reports to senior management.
Assist in the development and execution of long-term business strategies.
Manage resource allocation and budgeting to optimize financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management in edtech.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- 2+ years of experience preferred.
Education Requirements
