Job Description
Position Overview:
The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires expertise in paid advertising, conversion rate optimization, and analytics to maximize ROI and scale marketing efforts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and manage performance-driven ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
Continuously monitor and refine bid strategies and budget allocations.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, etc.).
Use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools to measure effectiveness.
Generate insights from data to improve targeting and campaign efficiency.
Retention & Growth Strategies
Develop and execute retargeting campaigns to maximize conversions.
Implement email, SMS, and push notification strategies for customer engagement.
Optimize customer segmentation for personalized marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Market Research
Work with designers, content creators, and developers to align marketing assets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging ad platforms.
Suggest new growth channels and experimentation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
- Proven experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Working experience in edtech firms will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other ad platforms.
