Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage referral networks to generate qualified leads.
- Engage with prospective clients through pre-sales activities and relationship management.
- Coordinate referral collection and follow-up processes to maximize conversions.
- Manage and maintain the lead pipeline using CRM tools and internal systems.
- Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to achieve business targets.
- Track referral performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Maintain high levels of communication and follow-up discipline.
Requirements
Mandatory Candidate Qualifications: Industry Experience:
- Prior work experience in the EdTech sector is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Experience Required:
- 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
