Product Support Analyst

Equifax is looking for a detail-oriented Product Support Analyst to join our Technical Fulfillment team in Pune. In this role, you will be on the front lines of data delivery, leveraging the power of Google Cloud to process and enrich financial data for our clients. You will be responsible for configuring, operating, and monitoring high-volume batch data delivery platforms, ensuring precision and reliability in a dynamic technological environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data processing or batch delivery systems.
• Proficiency in working with configuration files such as YAML and understanding cloud computing concepts, ideally GCP.
• Familiarity with file encoding formats and experience using API testing tools for data interfaces.
• Basic scripting skills, such as shell scripting, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

• Configure and execute data processing workflows and batch delivery platforms according to client specifications.
• Deploy and manage complex data pipelines using Apache Airflow and maintain consistency via DAG templates.
• Monitor data processing jobs, perform quality validation checks, and resolve configuration or scheduling issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Operations teams to address client inquiries and improve fulfillment processes.
• Maintain secure documentation and adhere to SDLC guidelines for all configuration deployments.
