Description:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved designs, specifications, and timelines. The role involves conducting on-site quality checks, enforcing safety (EHS) protocols, and ensuring compliance with IS codes. The engineer will also be responsible for preparing and verifying measurement books (MB), running account (RA) bills, and bar bending schedules (BBS) while maintaining proper site documentation and reports. Additionally, the role requires coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects. Efficient labour and material management will be a key responsibility, along with maintaining accurate records of work progress, billing, and expenses.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in construction site supervision, quantity surveying, and project execution. Strong knowledge of IS codes, measurement book preparation, billing procedures, and bar bending schedules is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools will be an added advantage. Since the role involves frequent travel between project sites, owning a two-wheeler is mandatory. Candidates with experience in large-scale construction projects will be preferred.

4. Effective communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders is crucial to ensure approvals, resolve issues, and achieve project milestones within set deadline
