Project Head

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head to oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional capable of managing complex high-rise and commercial developments while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timeline standards.

• B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution.
• Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in managing high-rise or large-scale commercial building projects.
• Strong command over project management tools and construction methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability in decision-making and stakeholder management at the senior level.

• Drive and execute the complete lifecycle of large-scale building and infrastructure construction projects.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless site operations.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
• Provide strategic oversight and technical guidance to project teams to resolve construction challenges.
• Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and site safety protocols throughout the project duration.
