Description: Lucent Dreams is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Service & Projects Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar installation projects. This role involves managing service and installation teams, ensuring quality control, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in solar PV systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements: • Proven experience in solar PV installation, project management, or a related field. • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, electrical components, and installation processes. • Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with electrical codes (NEC), permitting processes, and safety regulations. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential and commercial solar projects. • Manage service and installation teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to industry standards. • Develop project timelines, assign tasks, and coordinate with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and company protocols. • Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations to ensure proper system design and installation. • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
