Job Description
Position Overview:
The Quality Check Analyst is responsible for assessing, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of products, services, leads, calls, and departmental operations across the organization. This role involves conducting audits, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to help improve overall quality standards. The Quality Check Analyst will collaborate with various departments such as HR, academics, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:Educational Content & Academic Oversight:
Evaluate the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of educational materials and resources.
Ensure compliance with industry and academic standards.
Identify gaps in educational content and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the quality of courses and training materials.
Sales & Lead Quality Monitoring:
Assess and monitor the quality of sales processes and lead generation activities.
Analyze customer interactions and feedback to improve sales strategies and conversion rates.
Ensure lead qualification criteria are met and improve the lead qualification process.
Track and assess lead conversion performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Customer Service & Call Monitoring:
Audit customer service and sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.
Provide feedback and coaching to improve communication skills and service delivery.
Monitor real-time sales and customer service interactions, providing immediate feedback when necessary.
Operational Oversight:
Conduct regular quality assessments across various departments to ensure alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Evaluate operational workflows and identify areas for efficiency improvement.
Collaborate with department heads to optimize performance and productivity.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Gather and analyze quality-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Generate detailed quality reports on performance across departments.
Create feedback mechanisms to communicate findings and suggest actionable improvements.
Daily Responsibilities:
Monitor real-time customer and sales interactions, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Conduct quality audits on key processes and provide immediate feedback to improve outcomes.
Log and escalate any quality issues that require urgent attention.
Weekly Responsibilities:
Review and analyze quality metrics for all departments and propose improvements.
Lead training sessions for employees on quality awareness and best practices.
Audit a sample of leads, sales calls, and customer interactions to maintain high-quality standards.
Monthly Responsibilities:
Generate detailed reports summarizing quality performance across departments.
Evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
Review and update quality monitoring frameworks to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in quality control, auditing, or process evaluation in edtech firms.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and process gaps.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Education Requirements
