Job Description
This role requires a Civil Engineering graduate or diploma holder to manage end-to-end project financials, including bar bending schedules, material reconciliation, and variation statements. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and certifying monthly progress bills with clients, PMCs, and sub-vendors.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor of Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
EXPERIENCE: 03 Years and above
Interview Mode: Strict Offline Interview (In-Person)
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Bar Bending schedule.
- Preparation and submission of monthly progress bills with all relevant documents.
- Preparation of variation and amendment statement.
- Certification of monthly progress bills from PMC / Client.
- Reconciliation of all materials, sub-vendors and PRW bills with respect to client bills.
