Job Description
This is a full time job in Karnataka state. Government projects are handled and looking for someone who is willing to travel around India and have prior work experience in Quantity Surveying.

Responsibilities
- * Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for work projects.
- * Contract Administration: Administer contracts, including preparing contract documents, managing variations, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- * Cost Control and Management: Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle, including identifying and mitigating potential cost risks.
- * Measurement and Quantification: Take off quantities from drawings and specifications, and prepare bills of quantities.
- * Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and procurement, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCADExcellent communication and coordination skills.
