Responsibilities
* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
* Analyze drawings and specifications
* Monitor project costs and variations
* Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning
* Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ)
* Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contracts
Required Skills
BOQ Rate Analysis, prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation, MIS Preparation, Sub Contractor Billing & Client Billing,
