Quantity Surveyor

Glenearth Constructions LLP is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong knowledge of residential construction projects, including structural, architectural, interior, and finishing works.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying for residential projects.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and site measurements.
• Knowledge of interior and finishing works is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity estimation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project estimates.
• Analyze drawings and specifications for accurate quantity calculations.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare client/subcontractor bills.
• Verify work quantities and billing based on actual site progress.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams.
• Assist in material planning, quantity verification, and cost control.
• Track project costs and identify quantity or cost deviations.
• Maintain project-related estimation, billing, and quantity records.
