Job Description
Site visit for due diligence or to collect all documents from designer pertaining to BOQ and quantities
* Need to be part of overall design concept presentation related to usage(quantity) of material & need to cross check the specification used in design presentation. Cross check new items implemented which were not part of BOQ
* Procurement, costing & project team need to validate the BOQ, and identify BOQ materials for value engineering and same to be escalated to design team
