Position: Quantity Surveyor Company: Mark Comprehensive LLP Job Location: Calicut, Kerala Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of technical training. Experience (in Years): 1 - 3 years of Experience in the relevant field. Salary: INR 10000-18000 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Note:- Calicut Location is required Key Responsibilities: · Run cost analysis of various types of work as a forerunner to tender preparation. · Select price and source of facade materials. · Site measurement confirmation. · Project job costing. · Follow up and timely reporting to higher authorities. · Cutting list preparation and coordination with the workshop team. · Preparation of BOQ. · Attend a meeting with the contractor and the main consultant for drawing details. · Monitor and control throughout the project. · Identify risks surrounding the project and the likelihood of cost variation · Coordination and execution
