Quantity Surveyor

Estimation & Costing

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Analyze project costs and prepare budget forecasts.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Quantity Surveying

• Measure and certify work executed at site.
• Verify contractor and subcontractor bills.
• Prepare rate analysis for extra and variation works.
• Maintain records of quantities executed and materials consumed.

Contract Administration

• Review contract documents and identify commercial risks.
• Manage variations, claims, and change orders.
• Assist in preparation and negotiation of subcontract agreements.
• Prepare final accounts and project closure documentation.

Billing & Cost Control

• Prepare customer RA bills and final bills.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
• Track material reconciliation and wastage.
• Generate MIS reports on project costs and profitability.

Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, and finance departments.
• Attend site meetings and provide commercial inputs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
