Quantity Surveyor

The candidate should possess strong knowledge of construction methods, estimation techniques, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and billing procedures. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software is preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to estimate material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Prepare tender documents, quotations, and contract documents.
• Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions.
