*Identifying the staffing needs of the clients, screening resumes, conducting interviews, making job offers to successful candidates, and providing assistance until hiring.

- 3+ years in IT and Non IT hiring’s (exposure to Healthcare.
- recruitment).

Responsibilities
- Actively source candidates.
- Manage the client's needs and expectations.
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market.
- Working to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
- Conduct interviews via phone or in person.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates.
- Should have experience in handling healthcare recruitment.
