Job Description
John and John is a premier law firm based out of Kochi, Kerala. We are looking to hire registration executives who would work with our esteemed clients of MNCs, Corporations, Banks, Builders, and Developers to execute documents, land conversions, registrations, property conveyance and real estate matters.
Requirements
- Qualification.
- Any Bachelor's degree/BE/Diploma.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (proficiency in English and Malayalam is a must).
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Experience with documentation, registration, client management will be a plus.
- Proven experience in coordinating site visits or similar project management roles.
Responsibilities
- Job Responsibilities.
- Conduct follow-up activities post-site visit to address any outstanding issues, clarify all client related queries, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop prospects by heavy networking, referrals, cold calling, direct marketing, business development to support organization.
- Collaborate with operation team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials required for client meetings and site visits.
- Travel extensively within Kerala to meet clients, registration officers and government officials.
