- We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.
- Key Responsibilities:.
- 1. *Client Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- 2. *Business Development*: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- 3. *Account Management*: Manage and grow existing client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling services.
- 4. *Communication*: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure clients are informed about our services and benefits.
- 5. *Issue Resolution*: Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- 6. *Market Intelligence*: Gather market intelligence to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.

- 1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2. *Experience*: 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or a related field.
- 3. *Skills*: Proven relationship management skills, including excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- 4. *Industry Knowledge*: Familiarity with the facility management and relocation industry.
- 5. *Software*: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
