🏢 Job Title: Sales Associate – Office-Based 📍 Location: Kakkanad, Kochi 🏢 Company: Casadel Builders 💼 Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 (can go up to ₹30,000 based on experience and performance) About the Role: Casadel Builders is looking for a motivated and well-spoken Sales Associate to join our office team in Kakkanad. You’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads, and supporting the sales process for residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins Follow up with leads generated through campaigns and referrals Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential clients Maintain accurate client and lead data using CRM tools Assist in preparing sales documents, proposals, and quotations Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent post-sales support Meet monthly targets and contribute to team goals Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or a similar sales/telecalling role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam Basic computer knowledge; experience with CRM is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Graduate degree preferred Perks: Competitive salary based on skill and performance Friendly work environment Opportunity to grow within the company
