Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base and market reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, outbound prospecting, and B2B sales within the technology or digital commerce space. You will be responsible for connecting with senior decision-makers, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth of our sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven success as an SDR in a B2B technology firm.
- 2–3 years of experience in selling enterprise solutions to CxOs or department heads.
- Prior experience with lead generation through cold/warm calling, especially in developed markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in the tech industry or digital commerce/eCommerce domain is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Learn and gain in-depth understanding of our eCommerce service offerings and accelerators.
- Manage and nurture inbound leads while executing outbound prospecting efforts via LinkedIn, email, and follow-up calls.
- Reach out to C-level executives and senior leadership in target organizations across multiple channels.
- Initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers to uncover business needs.
- Maintain active engagement with leads through creative and consistent follow-ups to generate interest.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance lead generation and pipeline development strategies.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards to track performance.
- Proactively identify and execute new initiatives that drive business growth.
