Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer at Qubec Bio Solutions Pvt Ltd located in Kerala, India. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating with clients, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Requirements
- • Degree/ Diploma in Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Management or related field.
- • 0–3 years of experience in technical or B2B sales (Freshers with strong interest in sales may apply).
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and product demos.
- • Proficient in MS Office and email communication.
- • Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- • Visit customers regularly and conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- • Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- • Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the service/technical team.
- • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
- • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- • Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events when required.
