- 1. Customer Engagement & Sales.
- Welcome customers to the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Present Maruti Suzuki car models with complete information on features, specifications, and benefits.
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.
- Convert showroom walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into confirmed bookings.
- 2. Product Knowledge & Demonstration.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the complete Maruti Suzuki product range (Arena/Nexa).
- Explain differences between models, variants, fuel types, and available colors.
- Promote offers, finance schemes, exchange benefits, and loyalty programs.
- 3. Sales Process & Target Achievement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the dealership.
- Provide accurate price quotations and assist with finance & insurance options.
- Negotiate and finalize deals while following dealership and Maruti Suzuki guidelines.
- 4. Documentation & Delivery.
- Ensure accurate completion of booking forms, finance papers, RTO registration, and insurance documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle delivery with a proper handover ceremony and explain vehicle features to customers.
- 5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Maintain follow-up calls/messages for prospective customers until the deal is closed.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat purchases.
- Handle post-delivery customer queries and coordinate with the service team for support.
- 6. Market Awareness & Reporting.
- Keep track of competitor products, pricing, and offers in the local market.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Share customer feedback with management for continuous improvement.
- 7. Promotional Activities.
- Participate in roadshows, mall displays, corporate presentations, and vehicle launches.
- Represent the dealership at Maruti Suzuki promotional campaigns and community events.
