EntriJobs is on a mission to reshape the recruitment landscape in Kerala. Leveraging the power of our parent brand, entri.app, and its unparalleled pool of over 1.5 Crore verified users, we provide recruiters with access to the state's largest, most diverse, and upskilled talent community.
We are seeking a high-energy, performance-driven Sales Executive to lead our commercial GTM launch. This is an exciting opportunity to introduce our newly structured, tiered recruitment solutions to businesses across Kerala—from local SMBs and local clinics to major MNCs and conglomerates.
As a Sales Executive, you will be the commercial voice of EntriJobs, converting recruiters currently using our free services into paying customers and identifying new enterprise partnerships.

1. The "EntriUnique" Skills (Kerala-Specific):
- Bilingual Sales Communication: Flawless ability to switch between English and Malayalam to build rapport with different recruiter segments.
- Regional Market Intelligence: Intimate knowledge of Kerala’s key business hubs (Technopark, Infopark, Cochin Port) and the specific hiring challenges faced by local businesses.
- Value-Based Proposition: The ability to articulated the unique value of the EntriJobs candidate database—explaining why access to "Gulf Returnees" or "PSC/Bank Exam Qualified" candidates is a strategic advantage for employers.
2. General Sales Skills:
- Active Listening & Empathy: To understand a recruiter’s unique staffing bottlenecks.
- High Resilience: The ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain positive momentum.
- Time Management & Organization: Effectively balancing prospecting, client meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
- Aptitude for Selling Data: The skill to sell the concept of accessing data and pre-verified talent, rather than just physical products.
3. Technical/Analytical Skills:
- Sales Pipeline Reporting: Experience generating basic performance reports (active vs. expired plans, conversion rates) and providing data-driven updates to sales leadership.
- In-Product Upselling Logic: The ability to recognize when a client is approaching their plan limits (Free account/Starter) and proactively pitch the 'Growth' or 'Pro' upgrade.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities (Description)
Your primary objective is to drive revenue by pitching and selling the EntriJobs monetised product suite. This is a hybrid role encompassing new business acquisition (hunting) and account management (farming).
- Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling our new product tiers (Job Postings, Talent Search, and Assisted Hiring).
- Market Outreach: Conduct aggressive outreach to new prospects across Kerala. This includes local businesses (clinics, retail), SMBs, startups, large enterprises, and staffing agencies.
- Tiered Product Selling: Actively consult with recruiters to identify their needs and pitch the appropriate solution from our structured plans:
- SMB Segment: Pitching 'Starter' and 'Growth' posting plans, emphasizing localized targeting (District-level) and "WhatsApp Apply" features.
- Enterprise/Consultant Segment: Selling 'Pro Spotlight' and 'Talent Search Pro' database access, highlighting unique Kerala-specific candidate filters (e.g., Gulf Returnees, Govt Exam Qualified).
- Niche/High-Volume Segment: Identifying clients who need the personalized 'Assisted Hiring' support or the high-touch 'Enterprise' (Custom Pricing) accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage the sales lifecycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing. Maintain strong relationships with existing free users to facilitate product upsells when they hit their usage limits.
- Lead Management: Effectively manage incoming leads from "Request Callback" forms and CRM routing, converting them into paid subscribers.
- Product Feedback & Advocacy: Act as a conduit between the market and the EntriJobs Product Team, conveying recruiter feedback to help refine our platform features.
- Territory Ownership: If assigned, take ownership of a specific district or business sector within Kerala.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: A minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales. Experience selling HR technology, recruitment services, media advertising, or SaaS products is highly preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of the online recruitment industry, recruitment dynamics, and HR pain points in Kerala.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Equivalent sales experience will be considered).
Core Competencies:
- Sales Hunter Mentality: A demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities, handle cold calling, and convert prospects.
- Consultative Approach: Proven skill in asking probing questions to understand client needs and proposing value-driven solutions rather than just selling features.
- Negotiation & Closing: Experienced in leading negotiations with various stakeholders, including HR Managers, SMB owners, and CXOs.
- Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (for corporate clients) and Malayalam (essential for local businesses and SMB outreach).
Professional Requirements:
- Location: The role is focused on the Kerala market. Candidates must be based in Kerala (or willing to relocate) and possess a strong network within the local business community.
- Mobility: A valid driver's license and own vehicle (preferred) for client meetings when required.
- Technology Adept: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or a proprietary CRM) and standard office productivity suites.
