Job Description
An Agency Development Manager (ADM) recruits, trains, and leads a team of agents (often in insurance/finance) to meet sales targets by developing strategies, providing coaching, managing performance, and building client relationships, requiring strong leadership, sales acumen, and analytical skills to drive revenue growth and ensure agency success.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Training: Source, recruit, onboard, and continuously train new agents to build a strong, skilled team.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals, monitor KPIs, and drive revenue.
Performance Management: Set targets, review advisor performance, provide sales support, and offer mentorship to enhance skills.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with agents, clients, and internal teams (marketing, creative).
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, analyze market data, and identify new business opportunities.
Operational Oversight: Manage resources, ensure compliance, and address client concerns for high satisfaction.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Proven sales and team management background, often in insurance or financial services.
Leadership: Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop people.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical: Data-driven mindset for performance monitoring and decision-making.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan and execute growth strategies.
