Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – Telecom, ICT & Security Systems to lead our business development initiatives across these domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom infrastructure, ICT solutions, and electronic security systems. This role requires strategic planning, technical understanding, and strong client engagement skills to grow the company's footprint in enterprise, government, and commercial sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or Business Administration.
- 5–7+ years of sales experience in Telecom, ICT, and Electronic Security Systems.
- Solid understanding of:.
- Telecom infrastructure and network solutions.
- ICT services (LAN, WAN, Cloud, Data Center, Unified Communications).
- Security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fire Alarm).
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing B2B and B2G clients.
- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Telecom, ICT, and Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Systems, etc.).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors such as enterprise, government, real estate, industrial, and infrastructure.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including telecom operators, IT heads, security consultants, system integrators, and end customers.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes including client presentations, proposal preparation, technical coordination, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with technical/pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
- Mentor and manage the sales team to ensure target achievement and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, legal requirements, and project execution standards.
