Sales & Marketing Executive

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
6. Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude toward closing deals and achieving KPIs.
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.
2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services.
3. Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell or cross-sell services.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and online marketing efforts.
7. Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
8. Attend industry events, trade shows, or virtual seminars as needed.
