• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the US healthcare claims domain.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Facets application.
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail in healthcare data processing.
• Excellent communication skills to handle inter-departmental documentation.

• Perform end-to-end claims adjudication for US healthcare clients.
• Manage and resolve complex claims appeals within defined timelines.
• Serve as a claims adjuster to review and settle healthcare claims accurately.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
