Senior Python Developers

This requirement seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developers with a minimum of 7+ years of experience. We are hiring three candidates, each with specialized expertise: one with experience in the banking sector, another with cloud FinOps development, and one with chatbot development including automation and cloud computing. The successful candidates will work on three different projects aligned with their areas of expertise. They will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance backend systems using Python and Django, while also developing responsive front-end interfaces using React.js. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop both backend and frontend systems for various applications using Python/Django and React.js. • Integrate the Stripe payment gateway to provide seamless, secure, and reliable payment processing for our web applications. • Develop interactive dashboards and data visualization tools, providing insights and analytics to enhance user experience and decision-making. • Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python/Django, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. • Build responsive and dynamic frontend user interfaces using React.js, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience. • Develop RESTful APIs for communication between the frontend and backend systems, ensuring data is processed efficiently and securely. • Assist with the deployment and scaling of applications on AWS cloud services, ensuring the application is always available, secure, and performing optimally. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to ensure features are delivered on time and to a high standard. • Develop cloud FinOps applications, ensuring cost efficiency, cloud resource optimization, and financial accountability. • Design and implement monitoring tools for cloud spending and usage patterns. • Automate cloud cost management workflows to improve financial visibility and governance. • Collaborate with cloud engineers and finance teams to optimize cloud investments and reduce waste. • Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for applications. • Utilize Python-based automation frameworks like Selenium and Pytest for testing chatbot functionalities. • Develop and deploy chatbot applications capable of automating tasks through spoken language interfaces. • Implement NLP solutions to enhance chatbot interactions and drive automation for various enterprise tasks. • For banking projects, develop and implement diverse use case solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering scalable, secure solutions. • Present and demonstrate solutions to external clients and customers, ensuring clear communication and showcasing technical capabilities. • Participate in client interactions, providing technical insights, and leading presentations or demos to highlight project progress and solutions. Key Requirements: • Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Python Developer, with expertise in Python/Django for backend and React.js for frontend development. • Specialized experience in banking applications, cloud FinOps development, or chatbot automation and cloud computing. • Proven experience in developing dashboards and data visualization tools using libraries like D3.js, Chart.js, or similar, providing actionable insights to users. • Hands-on experience in integrating the Stripe payment gateway, ensuring smooth and secure payment transactions for customers. • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js for building responsive and dynamic user interfaces. • Proficiency in Python/Django for backend development, with knowledge of best practices in security, scalability, and performance. • Experience in deploying, managing, and scaling applications on AWS Cloud Services. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and demo solutions to clients and customers. • Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs for frontend-backend communication. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization. • Knowledge of Git and version control systems. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and NLP would be a plus.
