Job Description
Qualification:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering (No active backlogs)
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Supervision and management of skilled and unskilled site labour
2. Planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily site activities as per drawings and specifications
3. Preparation and submission of Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
4. Reporting material, machinery, manpower, and technical requirements
5. Handling quality control, quantity surveying, and measurement of executed works
6. Maintaining QA/QC documents, site records, and assisting in billing and documentation
7. Coordination with site supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
8. Ensuring safety compliance and minimizing material wastage
9. Driving for official site-related work
10. Knowledge of MS Project is an added advantage
Requirements
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices, QA/QC, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with quantity calculations.
- Valid driving license.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to stay at site and physically fit for field work.
