Job Description
Site Supervisor (Civil)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering (No active backlogs)
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise skilled and unskilled site labour
2. Plan daily work, allocate tasks, and monitor progress
3. Ensure work completion as per targets and safety norms
4. Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
5. Maintain basic site records (attendance, materials, progress)
6. Coordinate with Site Engineer, subcontractors, and vendors
7. Report site requirements (materials, machinery, manpower)
8. Ensure proper material usage and reduce wastage
9. Assist in measurements and quantity tracking
10. Drive for official site-related purposes.
11. Should know surveying and levelling.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of civil works and drawings.
- Valid driving license.
- Willingness to stay at site.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Physically fit.
- Basic knowledge of mobile-based reporting applications.
