SITE SUPERVISOR

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating waterproofing activities at project sites, ensuring that all works are completed safely, on time, and according to WETEX WATERPROOFINGquality standards and project specifications.

ITI/ DIPLOMA/ B.TEC IN CIVIL ENGINEERING

• Supervise daily waterproofing activities at project sites.
• Allocate work to workers and monitor their daily performance.
• Ensure proper surface preparation before waterproofing application.
• Supervise waterproofing applications including coatings, membranes, crack treatment, injection grouting, and other related works.
• Ensure correct material mixing ratios, application methods, coverage, thickness, and curing requirements.
• Monitor work quality and identify defects or application issues at an early stage.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors, and client representatives.
• Monitor daily manpower and work progress.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, manpower records, and material consumption records.
• Check material availability and inform the concerned person about material requirements in advance.
• Maintain proper before-and-after photographs of completed works..
• Identify leakage-related issues and coordinate necessary rectification works.
• Ensure projects are completed within the planned schedule.
• Minimize material wastage, rework, and quality complaints.
