Software Development Engineer

Join our Insight team, responsible for maintaining one of the world's most critical Big Data ecosystems. Our infrastructure powers manufacturing operations for global products, supporting exabyte-scale data with high availability. We are seeking a versatile full-stack engineer to bridge the gap between polished user experiences and robust, high-throughput backend services.

You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and operating distributed systems that enable our manufacturing engineering teams to scale. We emphasize a culture of integrity, collaboration, and technical excellence.

• Minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience focusing on backend or distributed systems.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java, Python, Golang, or Scala.
• Demonstrated experience building full-stack applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of SQL, including schema design, indexing, and query performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and Big Data ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI-related systems, such as LLM-powered tools, agentic workflows, or MCP servers.

• Design and develop full-stack features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript alongside scalable backend microservices.
• Build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems with strict SLA requirements.
• Manage resilient data pipelines leveraging Big Data technologies like Kafka, Apache Iceberg, and Parquet.
• Architect efficient relational data models and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale analytics.
• Operate and deploy containerized services within large-scale cloud environments using Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver high-impact engineering solutions.
