Job Description
The job role of a Software Testing Trainer involves:
✅ Delivering training sessions on Manual Testing, Automation Testing, and tools like Selenium, Postman, etc.
✅ Creating course materials, assignments, and hands-on labs.
✅ Guiding students through real-time projects and practical examples.
✅ Evaluating student progress and providing feedback.
✅ Staying updated with the latest testing trends and industry practices.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Tamil or Malayalam language is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of proven training experience in Software Testing or related domains.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing or related domains.
- Proven expertise in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, and frameworks like Selenium.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and strong understanding of Syntax concepts.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools like Postman, JMeter, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, bug tracking tools, and defect life cycle.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with prior experience in conducting training sessions.
Responsibilities
