Solution Architect

Job Description: We’re seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in LLM, NLP, Generative AI, and RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions while collaborating closely with our CTO. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive innovation, lead technical teams, and deliver scalable solutions that make an impact. Key Responsibilities: • Design end-to-end solutions for chatbots, RPA, and LLM-based applications, architecting scalable systems using Python and React. • Provide technical leadership by evaluating tools and technologies, recommending frameworks, and guiding development teams. • Develop and integrate LLM models and AI tools to enhance automation processes through RPA, driving efficiency and innovation. • Collaborate with backend developers and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models, APIs, and cloud deployments. • Lead AI chatbot development projects focused on automating tasks, handling FAQs, and providing predictive recommendations. • Drive AI solutions for data prediction, forecasting, and recommendation engines. • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and present designs and roadmaps. • Deploy and manage AI/ML models on AWS, ensuring high performance and scalability. • Present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders, showcasing project progress and conducting live demos. Key Requirements: • Minimum 9+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture, with expertise in building AI-driven solutions. • Strong Python back-end and React front-end development skills. • Expertise in LLMs, NLP, and AI model integration. • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. • Proven experience in developing chatbots for automation, customer FAQs, and task automation. • Experience in building predictive models for data forecasting and recommendation systems. • Strong background in deploying applications on AWS and working with Docker and Kubernetes. • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Knowledge of MLOps tools and best practices. • Experience with distributed computing frameworks and large-scale datasets. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
