Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail sector
Strong understanding of retail operations and sales management
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Drive sales targets and maximize store profitability through effective strategies
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve performance goals
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or escalations professionally
