Student Counsellor - Study Abroad (UK, IRELAND, Europe and Australia)

1. ● Communication Skills: English and Malayalam. Should possess strong communication and influencing abilities to interact with students, parents, and university representatives.
2. ● A minimum of 1 year prior experience in the study abroad or overseas education industry is highly desirable.

Any Graduate

1. ● Student Advising: Counsel students on universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, and scholarships for study destinations such as the UK, Canada, Australia, and others.
2. ● Lead Management: Make outbound calls to leads from provided databases and submit timely reports to the reporting manager.
3. ● Administrative Tasks: Manage assigned email accounts and Excel sheets related to student inquiries and application processes.
4. ● Profile Evaluation: Understand and assess student profiles to provide tailored advice.
5. ● Course Guidance: Offer information about suitable courses and universities based on students' aspirations and career goals in the UK, Canada, Australia, and other destinations.
6. ● Telephonic Counseling: Conduct telephonic consultations with leads and encourage them to visit the office for further in-person counseling.
7. ● Documentation Support: Assist students in compiling necessary documentation and meeting entry requirements for university applications.
8. ● Follow-up: Ensure regular and timely follow-ups with students regarding required documents and other application-related activities.
9. ● Course Research: Actively research and recommend appropriate courses for students based on their interests and study destinations.
10. ● Event Representation: Represent the company at International Education Fairs and other relevant events.
11. ● Personalized Attention: Provide flexible and individualized support to students, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
12. ● Deadline Management: Ensure all tasks are completed within the specified timeframes and deadlines.
13. ● Sales Approach: Exhibit a proactive sales attitude to effectively guide students through their education journey.
