Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Manager / Tech Lead – React + Python to lead the technical direction of our web and back-end systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React.js for front-end development and Python for back-end development, with a proven ability to manage development teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical architecture, managing a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
You will play a key role in both the day-to-day development and long-term strategy of the software stack, helping guide the team through complex technical challenges and working directly with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Required Skills & Qualifications:.
- Experience:.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
- Strong expertise in React.js for front-end development and Python (Django/Flask) for back-end development.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale web applications.
- Technical Skills:.
- React.js: Expertise in building responsive, scalable, and performant web applications using React.js and related libraries (Redux, React Router).
- Python: Strong experience with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Database Management: Experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- API Development: Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Version Control: Proficient with Git for source code management.
- Testing: Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and familiarity with testing libraries such as Jest, PyTest, or similar.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD: Experience in building and managing continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven design.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery.
- Exposure to GraphQL, Redux-Saga, and other modern front-end or back-end technologies.
- Experience in building and deploying applications on cloud-native environments.
