Technical Support Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in rotating night shifts as per business requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide voice-based support to domestic and international customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, professional, and confident communication.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and aim for high first-time-resolution rates on all support interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with internal technical teams to expedite the resolution of complex software issues.
• Work with the technical content team to identify documentation gaps and improve the overall help module experience.
